摘要
先天性免疫是机体防御病原体感染的第一道防线,在宿主防御体系中发挥重要作用。新近发现的胱天蛋白酶募集域蛋白9(caspase recruitment domain protein9,CARD9)在先天性免疫机制中作为一个重要的衔接蛋白,调节着其下游信号的激活。该文介绍CARD9分子结构、细胞组织分布及其在先天性免疫中的作用。
