本文介绍了一种低成本小功率单相变频器的设计思路。它采用交流单相电机智能控制电路ML4421及一些电容电阻做控制回路,智能功率模块IPM做逆变功率驱动回路,具有线路简单,无需软件开发,成本低等优点。

This paper introduced the design of small power single phase inverter.It used intelligent single phase AC motor controller ML4421.some capacitances and resistances and intelligent power module IPM,the advantage of the scheme included simple circuit,needless software exploiture and low cost.
