HPLC determination of ferulic acid in Jingtianquban tablets

目的:建立 HPLC 方法测定景天祛斑片中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用 CLC-ODS(6.0 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(26:74)为流动相,流速0.8 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为323 nm,柱温30℃。结果:阿魏酸在2.4～24.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为 Y=6.45×10^(-4)X+1.99×10^(-2),r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD=1.1%。结论:该方法简便,稳定准确,重现性好,能有效地控制该制剂的质量。

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determiantion of ferulic acid in Jingtianquban tablets. Method：CLC -ODS （6. 0 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）column was adopted with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase at 0. 8 mL . min ^-1. The detect wave was 323 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results： The linear range was obtained between 2. 4 -24. 0 μg . mL^-1 ,The regression equation was Y=6. 45 × 10^-4X ＋ 1.99 × 10^-2 ,r =0. 9999. The average recovery was 98.6% and the relative standard deviation （RSD） was 1.1%. Conclusion：The method is simple, fast and has been applied to the analysis of Jingtianquban tablets
