高效液相色谱法测定甜梦胶囊中紫丁香苷的含量

HPLC determination of the contents of syringing in Tianmeng capsules

目的:建立 HPLC 法测定甜梦胶囊中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(15:85),检测波长为265 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃。结果:紫丁香苷在0.10～0.49μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系(r=0.9998),该制剂中紫丁香苷的平均回收率为99.3%,RSD 为1.6%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、准确、可靠,可用于甜梦胶囊中紫丁香苷的含量测定。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for determination of syringin in Tianmeng capsules. Methods： The HPLC method was carried on C18 column using methanol -water （15：85 ） as the mobile phase,and the detection wavelength was 265 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL . min^- 1 and the temperature of column was 30 ℃. Results： In the HPLC method,the calibration curve for syringin was linear in the range of 0. 10 -0. 49 μg. The average recovery was 99.3%, RSD was 1.6% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion：The method is convenient, precise and reliable for determining the content of syringin in Tianmeng capsules.
