摘要
目的:建立 HPLC 法测定掺假蒲黄中化工染料金胺 O 的含量。方法:采用 LUNA C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.025 mol·L^(-1)磷酸盐缓冲液(磷酸二氢钾3.402 g,加水至1000 mL,内加0.2%三乙胺,并用磷酸调 pH=3.0)(35:65),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为432 nm。结果:本法在5～300μg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=10),平均回收率为99.0%(RSD=0.88%,n=6)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确。
Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determine of the auramine O added in Pollen Typhae. Methods：The separation was performed on a LUNA C 18 （250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm）column, with the mixture of acetonitrle - phosphate buffer（ dissolved 3.402 g KH2PO4 in 1000 mL water, added 0. 2% triethylmine, adjusted pH to 3.0 with H3PO4 ） （ 35： 65 ） at 1.0 mL . min^ - 1. The UV detection wavelength was 432 nm. Result： A good linearity was obtained from5 to 300 μg . mL^-1 ,r =0. 9999 （n = 10）. The average recoveries were 99.0% （n =6,RSD = 0. 88% ）. Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
