RP-HPLC determination of costunolide in Shibaweijiangxiang pills

目的:建立藏药十八味降香丸中木香烃内酯的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定十八味降香丸中木香烃内酯的含量。色谱柱为 Kromasil C_(18)(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为225 nm。结果:木香烃内酯在8～40μg·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,十八味降香丸中木香烃内酯的回收率为99.0%。结论:本法简单、快速、准确,可用于藏药十八味降香丸中木香烃内酯的含量测定。

Objective：To set up a feasible method of quantitative study about the contents of costunolide in Radix Aucklandiae and Shibaweijiangxiang pills by RP - HPLC. Methods： The conditions were Kromasil column （4. 6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）, methanol - water （65： 35） as the mobile phase, flow rate was 1.0 mL . min ^- 1, wavelength was set at 225 nm. Results： The linear relationship for determination of costunolide was good in the range of 8 - 40 μg . mL^-1 ,and the recovery rate of costunolide was 99. 0%. Conclusion：The method is reliable for the study about the contents of costunolide in Radix Aucklandiae and Shibaweijiangxiang pills. The method is rapid, simple and accurate.
