摘要
主要研究了干酪乳杆菌固定化的相关条件对共轭亚油酸生成量的影响,得出最佳培养条件,从而提高共轭亚油酸生物合成的产量。正交实验表明:海藻酸钠浓度对共轭亚油酸的合成影响较大。比较理想的合成条件为:培养温度37℃,海藻酸钠浓度1.5%,氯化钙浓度1.5%,培养时间18h,菌的稀释比1∶2,固定化菌液的添加量为1mL,胶粒大小1.6G,固定化时间4h。在此条件下,共轭亚油酸的最大积累量为62.57μg/mL。
The effect of correlated conditions of immobilization on the biosynthesis of CLA was studied. The results were as follows: sodium polymannuronate was the most important factor for CLA syn thesis, The best synthesis condition was: cultivate temperature of 37℃, sodium polymannuronate of 1,5%, calcium chloride of 1.5%, culture time of 18h, lactobacillus casein:water of 1:2, the size of the colloid particle of 1.6G, setting time of 4h. Under this condition, the highest accumulation of CLA was 62.57μg/mL.
