摘要
为改进传统车架结构有限元分析中梁模型的缺陷,提出了一种用梁单元和用壳单元离散的节点单元新模型。在一次计算中能得到节点细部应力分布特征和梁截面设计所需要的截面内力。计算结果证明了新有限元模型理论上的正确性和对工程的实际意义。
For the sake of improving the defects of beam model in the traditional finite element analysis of car frame structure, a new model using the beam unit and the discrete node point unit of shell was put forward. The stress distribution characteristics of node point details and the sectional internal force needed by the section design of beam can be obtained with only one computation, The result of calculation testified the theoretic correctness of the new finite element model and the practical significance of engineering,
