摘要
连续排污扩容器是火电厂常见的锅炉辅机.它既属于热力设备.又属于锅炉水处理设备.从连续排污扩容器工作原理出发,推导出连续排污扩容器容积的计算.简述了汽水分离的原理、结构设计以及目前大型电厂卧式连续排污扩容器的现状。由锅炉连排扩容器的系统.计算闪蒸的蒸汽量,求得需要的容积。并对蒸汽的一次重力分离和二次百叶窗分离的流速进行了计算。
The continuous blowdown flash tank is the common accessories of the boiler. It is not only a heatequipment, but also the boiler water handling equipment. This article concludes the continuous blowdown flash tank volume calculation from its working principle; briefly explains the steam and gas separated theory, construction design and the large power station horizontal state of the continuous blowdown flash tank at present. Based on the system of boiler continuous blowdown flash tank, the vapor flow rate and volume is calculated so as to get the required volumn. The first gravitative separation and second shutter separation for steam are also calculated.
