摘要
讨论了一种结合Web Service和Smart Client技术构建松散耦合的分布式SMS系统，力图实现系统的模块化和插件化设计，使系统在不失稳定性的同时具备足够的灵活性和可扩展性以适应现阶段运营与管理的需要。
A loosely coupled distributed SMS system, which combines Web Service and Smart Client is discussed in this paper. The system tries hard to realize the modularity and Plug-in, so that the stability, agility and expansibility of the system can be guaranteed. Consequently, the needs of the system running and management can be meet.
