Design of Toll Administration System of CATV Based on the Fibre-optical Network

随着我国有线电视的发展，有线电视的收费管理问题日益突出，介绍一种新的CATV收费管理系统，实现对新入网用户的管理、对老用户按使用网络情况收费和对欠费用户的警告管理等一系列功能。

With the development of CATV, toll administration of CATV becomes increasingly prominent . In this paper, a new toll administration system of CATV is introduced. This system has many functions, such as the old users are charged according to the actual using of the network and the defaulting subscribers would be timely warned.
