维脂泰胶囊治疗高脂血症56例临床观察

Treatment of 56 Case of Hyperlipemia with Weizhitai Capsule

观察了维脂泰胶囊对高脂血症的降脂作用。将患者随机分为治疗组56例，对照组降脂平25例、月见草胶丸37例，疗程均为4个月。结果，治疗组治疗前后TC、TG、TC-HDL-C／HDL-C均有显著差异．P＜0．01；疗效明显优于月见草油丸组，P＜0．01；与降脂平组相比，HDLC及TC－HDL-C／HDL-C改变有显著差异，P＜0．05。提示维脂泰胶囊，可以作为一种降TC、TG、升HDL-C、降TC-HDL-C／HDL-C较理想的降脂药物。

Patients were divided into a treatment group of 56 patients and a control group. Both groupswere treated for 4 months. The results showed that there were marked changes in TC、TG, TC-HDL-C/HDL-C and HDL-C after treatment(P＜ 0.01), suggesting that weizhitai Capsule is a desirable lipid-decreasingdrug for reducing TC, TG and TC-HDL-C/HDL-C and increasing HDL - C.
