摘要
建立火焰原子吸收法测定碱式碳酸铋片中铋的含量。检测波长为223.1nm,灯电流为10.0mA,狭缝宽度为0.5nm,燃气流量为2.2L·min^-1,助燃气流量为15.0L·min^-1。Bi在10-30μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.52%(RSD=0.2%,n=9)。该质量标准的研究有效控制了碱式碳酸铋片的质量,提高了方法的专属性,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。
A FAAS method for determination of Bi in bismuth Subcarbonate Tablets was established. The determined wavelength was at 223. lnm, the electric current of the Bight was 10.0mA, the slit- width was 0.5nm, the flow rate of burning gas was 2.2L . min^-1 and the flow rate of gas to help burn was 15. 0L . min^-1. The good linear relation was determined as 10-30μg . mL^-1 by FAAS with a regression coefficient of 0. 9999. the average recovery was 99.52% (RSD= 0. 2%, n= 9). The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can be good used for controlling the quality of bismuth subcarbonate tablets.
