摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定克霉唑阴道片含量的方法。采用HypersolC18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-磷酸三乙胺缓冲液（35∶65）,检测波长为260nm,流速0.7mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃。克霉唑在0.061-0.147mg·min^-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.58%,RSD=0.60%（n=9）。本方法简便、准确、重现性好,适用于克霉唑阴道片的质量控制。
A HPLC method for the determination of Clotrimazole Vagional Tablets was established. A Hypersol C18 column was used with methanol-phosphate acid triethylamine buffer （35 ： 65）. The detecting wavelength was 260nm. The flow rate was 0. 7mL . min^-1 and column temperature was 30℃. The liner rang was 0. 061-0. 147mg . min^-1 （r=0. 9999, n=6） for clotrimazole. The average recovery rate （X±SD） % was 99.58±0. 60. The method is simple, accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Clotrimazole Vagional Tablets.
