摘要
建立妇康洗剂中盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法,采用荧光扫描法,检测波长366nm,盐酸小檗碱在0.0448-0.2240μg之间线性关系良好,r=0.9995,回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.3%（n=5）。该方法操作简单,分离效果好,灵敏度高,可作为妇康洗剂的质量控制标准。
A TLCF method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fukang Xiji was established. The detection wavelength was 366nm. The berberine hydrochloride sample showed a good relationship at the range of 0.0426-0. 2130ug, r=0. 9995, the average recovery was 98.0% （RSD 1.3%）. The method is sample and sensitive with good separation efficiency, it can be used in the quality control standard of Fukang Xiji.
