摘要
建立丹参薄层鉴别方法和对照图谱。采用薄层色谱法对丹参的不同组分进行鉴别,并对影响色谱分离效果的主要因素(吸附剂、展开剂等)进行优化。方法简便、重现性好,结果可靠,可用于丹参的定性鉴别。
A new method for the control TLC fingerprint of identification of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae was established. TLC Chromatographic condition： Precoated silica gelF254 plate, the different constituents were developed and derivatizated with different solvent systems, respectively. The mostly factors of influencing chromatographic separation effects were optimized. This method is simple and special in operation, the results are stable with a good repeatality. These can be well applied to control the quality of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae
