摘要
《中国药典》2005年版增订了无菌检查、微生物限度检查方法验证试验,本文对目前无菌检查、微生物限度检查存在的问题加以探讨,并提出了建议。
Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 has revised and enlarged the validation of sterility test and microbial limit test. This article discusses the problems existed in sterility test and microbial limit test at present：, and gives some suggestions at this point.
