摘要
观察了苓志丹对东莨菪碱所致大鼠记忆障碍模型的影响，实验结果表明，苓志丹能提高大鼠脑组织中5－HT、5－HIAA、NE、DA含量，并能升高脑组织中SOD含量，明显增强模型大鼠的记忆功能。
An observation was made on the effect of Lingzhidan on the memory of senile rats, the result ofwhich showed that Lingzhidan could increase the content of 5 - HT, 5 - HIAA, NE, DA and SOD in the ratsbrain tissue and markedly improve the memory of the model rats.
