摘要 军事需求工程是用工程化手段解决军事系统建设的有效性问题,军事需求工程研究综述对促进军事需求工程研究、建立健全军事需求生成机制等方面具有意义。围绕军事需求开发、军事需求管理和军事需求检验三个方面,对军事需求工程技术进行了探讨。分析总结了国防领域的相关研究成果和典型应用。研究发现军事需求工程正向实用化、规范化、制度化方向发展。 A requirement is a necessary attribute in a system. It is also a statement that identifies a capability, characteristic, or quality factor of a system in order that it is valuable and practical to a user. Military requirements engineering (MRE) involves the set of activities of ensuring the validity of military system, including gathering requirements, correcting requirements, and specifying requirements. In order to advance the research on MRE and improve the mechanism of military requirements generation, a review of the research on MRE is put up. The state-of-art of MRE is introduced in terms of military requirements development, military requirements management,military requirements verification and validation. And the methods and technologies are discussed. Related achievements and practical application are analyzed and summarized. The research indicates that the direction in MRE development is practicability, standardization and institutionalization.
