湿润烧伤膏联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

Effect of MEBO with aciclovir on herpes zoster

目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法随机分为治疗组43例和对照组42例,治疗组应用阿昔洛韦并外用湿润烧伤膏治疗;对照组应用阿昔洛韦并外用炉甘石洗剂。结果治疗组痊愈率81.4%,总有效率93%;对照组痊愈率61.9%,总有效率76.19%。两组比较差异有显著性(P<005);治疗组在止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间上与对照组比较,时间明显缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.01),无明显不良反应。结论湿润烧伤膏联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹,能减轻疼痛,缩短疗程,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of MEBO with aciclovir on patients with herpes zoster. Methods 85 cases were divided randomly into two groups： the 43 cases of MEBO group who were treated with aciclovir with MEBO and the 42 cases of control group who were treated with aciclovir with calamine lotion. Results The cure rate of the MEBO group was 81.40% and the total clinical effective rate was 93.00% ; the cure rate of control group was 61.90% and the total clinical effective rate was 76. 19%. There were significant differences between these groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In comparison of with control group, the times of assuaging pain, ceasing herpes zoster and scabbing were obviously shorter in the MEBO group than those in the control group. There were significant differences between these groups （P 〈 0. 05）. No obvious adverse reaction took place in the MEBO group. Conclusion Aciclovir combined with MEBO in treating herpes zoster can relieve pain, shorten the cure course and brings less adverse reaction, which is worth disseminating and applying.
