摘要
本文从班杜拉提出的自我效能感内涵出发,介绍了分娩自我效能感的定义、相关研究以及影响因素等,并得出如下结论:先前经验、替代经验、言语劝说以及生理和情绪反应这四个影响分娩自我效能感的因素,是培养和提升孕产妇分娩自我效能感的有效的切入点。对孕产妇分娩自我效能感的研究,可以打破目前传统的人文方法,走出描述研究的阶段,尝试新的有技术性支持的实证研究方法,探索提高产妇分娩自我效能感的途径,协助产妇克服怀孕分娩上的心理障碍,为产科产前心理干预提供一套可行的方案。
This paper introduced the definition of childbirth self-efficacy, some related researches and its influencing factors respectively on basis of Bandura's self-efficacy connotation. From those researches, our conclusions were as follows: four factors including Performance accomplishments, Vicarious experiences, Verbal persuasion, and Verbal persuasion which could affect childbirth self-efficacy were efficient methods to build and promote childbirth self-efficacy of mothers at Perinatal stage. In a word, further research on childbirth self-efficacy of mothers at Perinatal stage, would break the traditional methods of humanity, and tried new and empirical research methods with technical support, so as to improve the childbirth self-efficacy of perinatal mothers and help them to overcome the psychological barriers of childbirth. Then it would provide a feasible program of psychology intervention before childbirth for Obstetrics and Gynecology.
