摘要
以中国石油西南油气田公司川西北气矿净化厂污水处理装置从1982年投产至今,所经历的三次大的技术改造过程为主线,介绍了为实现污水达标排放,在现场如何通过技术改造相继攻克硫化物和COD超标的技术难题,以及最终实现中水回用的过程。为"清洁生产"在天然气净化厂推广应用总结了许多可借鉴的现场经验。
Based on the three technological innovations of the sewage treatment device since 1982,this article reviewed the developing process of sewage treatment in Natural Gas Purification Plant of Northwestern Sichuan.In order to reach the wastewater discharge standards,the problem that the sulphide and COD exceeded the relevant standard value,have been successfully tackled through technological innovations.Ultimately,the reclaimed water has been recycled.Many useful experiences have been concluded for the 'Cleaner Production' of the Natural Gas Purification Plant.
