摘要
分析了电硅热法生产低微碳铬铁的工艺流程,找到了影响生产指标的主要因素及作用机理。通过对生产工艺的调整,强化了工艺管理,在降本增效上取得了一定的成效。
By analysing the flow sheet of producing low/simplex carbon ferrochrome with silicothermic method, we find out the main faetors and mechanism which affect production index. By means of adjusting productive technology, we strengthen the management of teehnology, and we have also gotten some aehievements on reducing eost and inereasing benefits .
