摘要
通过对韩王矿沉陷区林地和非沉陷区对照点的取样分析测定土壤酶活性,并分析不同采样点和不同采样深度之间酶活性之间的关系。结果表明:土壤酶活性在0-5cm、50-10cm、10-20cm深度普遍高于20-40cm深度。在不同采样深度均值差异比较中,当P〈0.05时,脲酶和磷酸酶的活性在不同采样深度差异都很显著,其他四种酶活性均值差异不显著;在不同采样点均值差异比较中,P〈0.05时,脲酶活性和磷酸酶活性在10-20cm、20-40cm深度均值差异显著,其他酶活性均值差异不显著。由此说明采煤沉陷对脲酶和磷酸酶活性影响比较大,对蔗糖酶、过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶、脱氢酶活性影响不明显。
The study was through Hanwang mine subsidence area forest land and a non -subsidence area comparison point for the soil survey sample, determination soil enzyme activity, analysis different sampling points and different sampling depth between enzyme activity relations. The result indicated:Soil enzyme activity in 0- 5 cm, 50 - 10 cm, and 10 - 20 cm depth is higher than the 20 - 40 cm depth. In different sampling depth average value difference comparison, When p 〈0.05, the urease and phosphatase activeness are all remarkable in the different sampling depth , other four kinds of enzyme activity average value difference is not remarkable; Different sampling point s in average value difference tom parison,W hen p 〈 0.05, urease activeness and t he phosphatase activeness in 10 - 20 cm, 20 - 40 cm depth average value difference are remarkable, other enzyme activity average value difference is not remarkable. From this explanation mining coal settlement to the urease and the phosphatase activeness influence are remarkable, to the sucrase, the catalase, the polyphenoloxidase and the dehydrogenase activeness influence quite are not remarkable.
