摘要
为解决酸焦油的处理的问题,梅钢通过配煤炼焦试验,考察酸焦油配煤对配煤质量的影响和焦炭质量的影响,试验结果显示酸焦油配比为0.5%时,焦炭质量有所提高。通过开发酸焦油配煤生产工艺,并应用于生产实践,达到了回收利用和控制污染的目的。
In order to solve the problem of the comprehensive utilization of acid tar ,the acid tar is blended in coal for coke making in Meishan Iron and Steel Group Corporation .We research on the effect to the quality of coal blending and coke.The result is the quality of coke was increased by added 0.05 percent acid tar in coal blending.We develop the new process and apply to produce .This has achieved the goal of recovery and utilization of acid tar and pollution control.
