摘要
氯丙嗪是第一个引进临床的抗精神病药物。50多年前该药于临床的应用使精神病学和神经病学发生了革命性的变化。这种药物和其他酚噻嗪类药物的效果表明，“精神疾病”对生物调整治疗有反应，并预示其他神经调节治疗的应用，例如用左旋多巴治疗帕金森病。
