粮食运输通道建设项目风险评价

摘要 利用风险控制理论,结合我国粮食运输现状,尝试建立一套针对粮食运输通道建设项目风险评价的指标体系,将定性指标量化,既可用于单个项目的风险评价,又可用于多方案比较。
