摘要
利用PPAR高通量筛选法研究了苦瓜中具有降血糖作用的活性成分。以SMMC-7721肝癌细胞为模型细胞,经MTS实验,确定了苦瓜提取物的适宜浓度为50 mg/L,并以此浓度对PPARα、PPARγ、PPARδ3受体的激活能力进行了研究。结果发现:苦瓜水提物MC3对PPARδ和PPARγ受体有激活作用,激活倍数分别达到1.966和1.698,是苦瓜中潜在的具有降血糖作用的活性成分。
Anti-diabetic active ingredient of Momordica Charantia L. was studied by PPAR high throughput screening. The SMMC-7721 liver cancer cells were employed as model cells. For all samples, the best concentration of extracts was 50 mg/L. And the activity ability of PPARα, PPARδ, PPARγ agonists of Momordica Charantia L. extracts was studied using the concentration. Results show that MC3 can activate the agonist of PPARδ or PPARγ. And the activities were 1.966 and 1.698 times respectively. MC3 could be a potential anti-diabetic ingredient.
