手术室使用戊二醛灭菌剂消毒时限的考察

Inspection of disinfection time limit of glutaraldehyde in operating room

目的:考察戊二醛灭菌剂的性能指标确定其消毒时限。方法:对戊二醛4种性能指标的变化进行监测,并对试验数据进行分析。结果:当戊二醛灭菌剂使用至第5周时,致病菌的杀菌对数<5、抑菌环直径<7 mm,表明其已失去有效杀菌能力。结论:我院手术室常规使用的戊二醛灭菌剂的消毒时限应为4周。

Objective： To verify the disinfection time limit of the glutaraldehyde in clinical use through the experiment. Methods：We Monitored four changes of the performance of glutaraldehyde continually, and analyzed investigation data. Results： When the glutaraldehyde was used for 5 weeks, the logarithm of sterilization〈 5,the diameter of inhibition zone〈 7 ram, which indicated it had lost the effective disinfection ability.Conclusion：In hospital operating room, the disinfection time limit of the glutaraldehyde is 4 weeks.
