高强低伸棉型涤纶短纤维的试制

摘要 介绍了1.56dtex×38mm高强低伸棉型涤纶短纤维的生产设备、工艺流程、生产工艺等影响产品质量的因素。通过对前纺生产工艺和后加工牵伸倍数等工艺的适当调整,使所制得成品纤维各项物理机械指标均达到部颁标准要求,找到了适合本厂产品要求的合理工艺。 The paper introduced the production equipments, technical process and process parameters of 1.56dtex × 38mm PET staple fibre with high tenacity and low elongation. By adjusting properly the technical process of front spinning and the drawing multiple of after processing, the physical and mechanical index of finished fibre had come up to the .standard issued by the Textile Industry Department, and the reasonable technical process had been found out finally.
