试论欠发达地区图书馆信息服务与创新

Discussion on Information Service of Libraries and Its Innovation in Less—Developed Regions

在信息经济社会中,由于信息鸿沟的扩大,导致了社会结构的失衡、贫富分化加快等一系列社会问题。为此,欠发达地区图书馆要改变我国信息生态环境失衡的现状,在开展信息服务时,就必须探寻新的工作思路,充分发挥图书馆在消弥信息鸿沟、推动信息扶贫等方面的重要作用。

In the information society, the widening information gap between the developed and the less-developed regions brings about many social problems such as unbalanced society structure and too much difference between the rich and the poor. In order to change the status of the unbalanced information environment, the libraries of less-developed regions need to seek a new method to play their roles in reducing the information gap and promoting information support.
