On the Adjustment of the Woman Librarians' Knowledge Structure in the Academic Libraries

我国高校图书馆绝大部分从业人员是女性,研究并改善她们的知识结构对提高图书馆职工队伍素质和工作水平具有普遍的现实意义。本文在分析其知识结构现状的基础上,针对性地探讨了调整女性工作者知识结构的对策。

It has a practical significance that we probe into the woman librarians＇ knowledge structure because most of the librarians in the academic libraries in our country are women. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the woman librarians＇ knowledge structure, the article proposes how to adjust their knowledge structure.
