网络图书馆是基于图书馆联盟合作的深入发展而在自愿、互利原则基础上,并依附一定的网络环境,组建而成的共建共知共享知识体系。文中阐述了网络信息时代信息资源共建共知共享的新理念,并简要分析了网络图书馆资源共建共知共享的内容。

A network library is a common constructional and sharing organization based on the cooperation of library consortium. Depending on the network environment, the libraries share resources according to a contract or an agreement signed by them, This paper elaborates a new idea of common construction and sharing of information resources in the age of network information, and analyzes the common construction and the resource sharing of network libraries.
