摘要
在分析冷却顶板的结露问题的原因和形成过程的基础上,建立了冷却顶板/独立新风系统湿度对象的控制数学模型,探讨了冷却顶板结露的变化规律,并结合一个典型的办公建筑实例对冷却顶板的凝露形成过程以及凝露形成的时间进行了分析计算,研究发现,凝露的形成是一个极其缓慢的过程,在极端的不利情况下可以通过自动控制手段避免凝露问题。
Based on analysis of the reason and process of condensation on ceiling radiant cooling panels, the humidity control model of ceiling radiant cooling panels and dedicated outdoor air system is established, and the changing rule of condensation is discussed. As an example, a typical business room is used to analyze the process and the time of condensation formation. The results indicate that the condensation is a slow responding phenomenon, and is easily avoided even at an extremely bad instance so long as the DOAS and radiant panel loop temperature controls are operated correctly.
