风险识别和风险成因分析是风险管理的重要内容,也是提出风险防范措施和方法的基础.首先根据产品研制的流程对各个阶段的风险进行了具体的识别,进而又对产品研制的风险成因进行了提取,并运用解释结构模型对这些风险成因进行了层次分析,用于指导产品研制的风险防范.

The risk identification and risk cause analysis are the fundamental work m the risk management, and they are also the basis for formulating risk prevention measures. First, this paper identifies the risks in the view of work flow about the product development. Then risk cause of product development is investigated, and the structural model is adopted to explain risk cause through hierarchical analysis. All these make a solid foundation for preventing the risks of product development.
