The Right Relationship between Central and Local Government——Base on the Supply of Rural Public Goods

中央和地方的关系是国家政治生活中基本和重要的关系之一,正确处理央地之间的关系,对于实现国家的长治久安、社会经济发展具有重要意义。本文以农村公共产品供给的视角作为切入点,通过分析农村公共产品供给中存在的问题,考察目前中央和地方之间分权的合理性,将存在的问题具体化,并提出相应的思考与对策。

The reletionship of central and local governments is fundamental and important in the political life. It is of significative for the national stability, peace and the socio-economic development to handle the relationship between central and local correctly. The article begins with the supply of rural public goods by the analyses supply problem. In this article, the author examines the rationality of the right relationship of the central and local govenments and then provides the countermeasures.
