失地农民的维权抉择——以三峡地区天子路移民为例分析

The Maintaining Rights Choice of Landless-Farmers——With the Sample of Emigrant in Three Gorges

当今社会,政府为民服务,为民排忧解难,然而政府在一些场合没有完全履行其职责,导致民众自身合法权益在一定程度上受到侵害。本文以三峡移民地区实地调查为实例,将失地移民的维权行为根据程度不同进行分类,并分析产生差异的原因和影响因素,重点阐述政府对民意的态度,并提出个人的一些建议。

In modern society, the government is for the sake of people, helping people solve the problem. However, the government can not completely do the things perfectly which leads harm to people＇s right to some extent. In this article the maintaining rights are sorted into four kinds with the field survey of Three Gorges. The article analyzes the reasons and the factors of the difference, and then emphases the government＇s attitude to public opinion.
