本文简析了我国改革开放以来两轮土地利用规划的体系、内容、方法和效果,在总结其经验基础上,针对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编工作,提出了一些思考与启示。

This article analyzes the system, contents, methods and effects of the two land use plannings after China＇s reform and opening up. Based on the analysis, the article provides a few implications for the new revision of land use planning.
