以往的培养方式和教学模式很难满足现阶段师范生对现代教育技术能力培养的要求,因此,必须调动一切积极因素,转换师范院校教师的现代教育技术观念,同时建构合理的培养体系,才能使师范生的现代教育技术能力得到根本提高。

At present the mode of cultivitating and teaching the competence of modem educational technology of the students in teachers＇ colleges exists with differences, and is hard to meet the demand of competence cultivating of the students in teachers＇ colleges. It is necessary to mobilize all positive factors, change the thought of the teachers in universities on modem educational technology to improve the competence of modem educational technology in teachers＇ colleges.
