摘要
传统的高校体育课是向学生传授技术为主,按照统一的教学内容组织教学,达到规定的考试标准,简称"达标",它直接影响了大学生体育学习的积极性。为此,现代高校体育课程教学应以人为本,实施课程学分制,以发展学生身心健康为主要目标,按学分制要求自主选项,使他们充分地展示自我,提高现代大学生健康水平。
Teachers used to teach according to unified contents, passing on the skills to students in order toget the students to be up to the standard. This traditional way of teaching P.E. courses in college had a direct impact on students' initiative in P.E. learning. Therefore, the P.E. education in colleges should be student-centered. The credit system should be carried out to develop students' physical and mental health, as a result of which the students can choose their own favorite courses freely and give full play to themselves, and their health is developed as well.
