信息技术飞速发展的今天,教育的社会化程度日益增强,学校要获得生存与发展就必须适应环境、完善自身,成为开放的、学习型的更高程度专门化的教育机构。因而,需要学校进行职能的转变、培养目标的调整、组织结构的改变、监督管理机制的完善等有效性的变革。

The development of IT has been enhancing socialization of education. Therefore, schools must adapt and renovate themselves to become more specialized. To achieve this, schools need to reform themselves in such aspects as reevaluating its function, making their personnel more professional
