摘要
利用空间诱变、60Co-γ射线单一与复合处理光温敏核不育水稻株1 S干种子,后经地面种植观察,统计当代生物学效应,二代研究其诱变效果。结果表明:三种处理方式对光温敏核不育水稻株1 S干种子的影响在当代性状上表现出来。从二代中选择出了一些有益的突变株系,及矮化独秆苗、矮化丛生苗等具有功能基因组学研究价值的突变类型。
The major agronomic and economic characters in first generation and mutagenic effects in second generation, which were treated from Photoperiod thermo sensitive genie male sterile rice 1 S seeds by space mutation, γ-ray and combined, were observed and studied. The results shows that mutagenic effects were found on first generation obviously in the Photoperiod thermo sensitive genie male sterile rice 1 S seed by space mutation, γ-ray and combined treatment. We also selected some valuable mutation from second generation, including a dwarf and caespitose mutant, a dwarf and no-tillering mutant. These mutants were valuable for rice functional gene study.
