中国汉族人黑色素瘤家系临床特点分析

Clinical Characteristic of Malignant Melanoma of Chinese Race People in China

目的:探讨中国汉族人群恶性黑色素瘤家系发病情况及临床特点。方法:收集4个遗传性黑色素瘤家系进行家系调研和家系图谱绘制,并分析总结临床特点。结果:4个遗传性黑色素瘤家系共33人,确诊黑色素瘤患者10例,死亡2例。确诊患者平均年龄36岁。结论:中国汉族人群黑色素瘤家系具有发病年龄较轻,其中发病年纪越小其恶性程度越高、预后越差,而且黑色素瘤的高侵袭性同样具有明显家族遗传特点。

Objective ： To approach the incidence and clinical characteristic of malignant melanoma of Han race people of China. Methods： Collect four group of hereditary malignant melanoma family to carry out its study and draw figure for its summarized analysis of clinical features. Results： There are total 33 people in 4 groups, 10 people are finally diagnosed as malignant melanoma. Approximate age of diagnosed malignant melanoma patient is 38 years. Among those 10 malignant melanoma patients, 2 are dead. Conclusions： The han race people of china develop malignant melanoma in early age, it is more carcinogenic in young age and prognosis is poor and highly invasive Thus it has features of familial inheritance.
