Impact of Chinese Contemporary Translation on its Culture

文化的发展有赖于世界各种文化间的融合和渗透。而翻译正是这种融合和渗透的加油器,翻译活动在促进文化发展过程中发挥着积极作用。论文主要从翻译作品促进中国文化的变化和发展、推动我国文学建设以及影响中国文化的时代特征等几个方面阐述了中国现当代翻译对中国文化的影响,指出翻译对于沟通中华与世界文明、促进文化交流发挥着积极作用。

The development of culture depends on the penetration and integration of different cultures in which translation acts as the accelerator, for it plays an active part in the promotion of cultural development. This thesis expounds the impact of Chinese contemporary translation on its culture through the explanation of translation works promoting the change and development of its culture and accelerating the literary construction in China and the characteristics of times brought by the impacts. It highlights the active role that translation plays in the process of the revitalization of Chinese nation and links up the civilizations of China and that of the world, thus transmitting the advanced culture and promoting cultural exchanges as well.
