摘要 目的研究心源素胶囊提高小鼠缺氧耐受力的作用。方法给予小鼠连续灌胃给药30天后,分别进行常压耐缺氧试验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活试验、急性脑缺血性缺氧试验。结果心源素胶囊0.44g·kg-1BW能明显延长小鼠常压缺氧存活时间(P<0.05),1.32g·kg-1BW能明显延长亚硝酸盐中毒后小鼠存活时间(P<0.05)。结论心源素胶囊具有提高缺氧耐受力的功效。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of XinYuanSu capsule on anoxia endurance in mice. METHODS The tested mice were distributed randomly into 3 groups, and were continuously given XinYuan- Su by intragastric administration for 30 days, then the living time of mice were measured in anoxia with normal air pressure, in poisoning by nitrite and in acute lack of blood in brain. RESULTS The living time of all tested groups were all longer than that of negative control group except the groups which were measured by acuted lack of blood in brain. CONCLUSION XinYuanSu capsule has a significant effect in enhancing anoxia endurance.
