HPLC法测定健脑灵胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量

Determination of schizandrin in Jiannaoling capsules by HPLC

目的建立健脑灵胶囊中五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Alltech ODS柱（4．6×250mm，5μm）分析柱，流动相为乙腈-水（44：45），检测波长为250nm，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为30℃。结果本法精密度高，稳定性好，五味子醇甲浓度在8．48～42．4μg·mL^-1。范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9996），平均加样回收率为99.63％，RSD为1．02％（n=9）。结论 本方法简便，准确，重现性好，可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of schizandrin in Jiannaoling capsules. METHODS Using a HPLC method with Alhech OSD（4.6 × 250mm,5μm） column,the mobile phase was a Ace- tonitrile-water（44： 56）, the detection wavelength at 250nm, flow rate was 1.0mL · min^-1, and column temperature was 30℃, RESULTS The precision and stability were fine. The standard curve of schizandrin was rectilinear within the range of 8, 48 ~42.41μg · mL^-1 ,r =0. 9996,The average rocovery of schizandrin was 99.63% with RSD of 1.02%. CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and reproducible,and could be used for the method of determination.
