环丙沙星片剂的尿药浓度测定及药代动力学研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过测定环丙沙星片剂的尿药浓度来研究其药动学参数,以指导临床合理用药。方法采用双波长法测定环丙沙星片剂的尿药浓度。结果环丙沙星在2~7μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.65%(n=5),在室温条件下稳定性良好;T1/2=3.96h。结论该法灵敏、准确、迅速;重复性好;尿样品处理方法简单。 OBJECTIVE To study pharmacokinetic and to guide the clinical reasonable use of the medicine by determinating Ciprofloxacin in urine. METHODS A double-wave length spectrophotomotry method was developed to determinate Ciprofloxacin in urine . RESULTS The linear range of Ciprofloxacin was 2 -7 μg · mL^- , the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The average recovery rate was 99.9% ,the relative standard deviation was 1.65% under the indoor temperature,the stability was good; T1/2 = 3.96h . CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, accurate and quick , and its reproducibility is good . The urine sample handle method is simple.
