压力机八杆内滑块机构的优化设计

摘要 提出用拉深区速度波动量、拉深速度、拉深深度、拉深角为评价压力机八杆内滑块机构性能优劣的指标。根据机构优化设计理论,用步长搜索法对其进行了优化设计,优化出多组以上指标均好于原机构的方案,并且最大压力角比原机构减小很多,其运动学性能超过原机构水平。 This paper addresses that speed fluctuation amount of drawing area, drawing speed, draw depth, draw angle shall be used as the indexes to evaluate the performance of the inner sliding block mechanism. According to optimization design theory of mechanism, step-length searching method has been used for the optimization design, as a result, several groups of schemes whose index which are all better than that of the original mechanism have obtained, and the maximum press angle is much smaller than the original one, which kinematics performance has preponderated over that of the original mechanism.
