The Modification of the Driving Clutch for Tension Roll

针对冷轧薄板厂平整机组入口、出口张力辊上辊传动离合器操作不便的问题,设计了一种新型便捷离合器。新型离合器可以实现自动化控制,完全满足了生产需要,提高了生产效率。

Aiming at the inconvenient operations of the top roll driving clutch of entry ＆ exit tension rolls for skin pass mill of Cold Rolling Sheet Plant, new type and convenient clutch has been designed. The new type clutch can realize automatization control, which has fully satisfied the production requirement and has improved the production efficiency.
