输血对围手术期恶性肿瘤患者血清补体C_3、C_4的影响

Effects of perioperative blood transfusions on complement(C_3、C_4) in serum of pernicious tumour patients

检测 2 8例围手术期恶性肿瘤患者输血前后血清补体成分 C3 、C4的水平。结果显示输血后 1 0天内 C3 、C4水平普遍下降 ,与输血前相比 C3 下降均值为 364.8(P<0 .0 1 ) ,C4下降均值为30 6.6(P<0 .0 0 2 5)。而此后 C3 、C4的变化差异无显著性 ,均为 P>0 .0 5。提示输血对围手术期恶性肿瘤患者血清 C3 、C4水平的影响 ,在输血后 1 0天内较明显 ,C3 、C4水平以下降为主。

The quantitative determinations of the complement(C 3、C 4)levels were made in 28 cases ill with pernicious tumour of perioperative blood transfusion.The results displayed that C 3 C 4 of the patients generally descended within ten days of blood transfusions.Discrepancies were extremely more striking than before blood transfusion. C 3 P <0.01,C 4 P <0.0025.But after ten days there was no remarkable difference of the change of C 3、C 4 (P>0.05).The results showed that effects of perioperative blood transfusions on complememt(C 3、C 4)in serum of pernicious tumour patients were obviously reduced within ten days of blood transfusion.
